  1. Great way to combine two colors. Very pretty.

  2. Very nice design, I made something similar before, but with different colors.

  3. you truly are one of the best crochet teachers out there, you voice, your technique, the camera angles, the clarity of the camera, the clarity of your voice, your instructions are very clear. Thank you for doing these videos. I'd love to see some pieces done by you like the "little black dress" in the crochet book called Crochet That Fits by MaryJane Perry Hall or something like that.
    thanks again

  4. Thank you Peggy! There are some patterns I would like to do from books. I am unable to unless I have permission from the author.

  5. Thanks a lots of the tutorial YouTube. I had made it as a brooch. Keep it up.

You're my truly online Crochet tutor...

    Thanks once again...

  6. Oooh, so pretty!
Regarding the post on how the stereotype of the old lady crocheting got started, well...think about it. What was there to make at first except shawls and scarves? People who still think like this don't realize what's out there now. I just bookmarked a page to make a Sonic the Hedgehog toy someday! Granny would never have imagined such a thing, LOL!

  7. Is it difficult to get permission from an author to use their pattern in one of your videos? I would think that one of the yarn companies (e.g. Lion Brand, etc.) would be tickled to have you do a video featuring one of their patterns.

  8. @Webster - I have written to Lion Brand and never heard back from them.

  9. Hi Teresa, I tried this rose and it turned out beautiful!!!!! I never did a back post hdc before, it took me an hr to make one, but the other took me 20mins!!! I'm making an ammunition pot of roses for moms day!! I hope she like sit!! Thx so much!!!!

  10. I am new to crochet, but am SO EXCITED to try this out! Glad I found your blog!
    Thanks for sharing!
