  2. Maritza,
The pattern is a one size fits all since the triangle shape can be smaller or larger. When using a tie string around the back and top, they can be made larger or smaller. I did not make it with a specific size in mind.

  7. Arkerchi,
I do not have the answer for how well it will hold up in water. I did research and had several women write telling me that they have gone swimming with crochet bikinis. It will also depend on your yarn choice. Some yarn is not recommended to be washed. Cotton yarn may be one of the better choices.

  11. Hi! Making on of these as part of a belly dance outfit for one of my BJD dolls. Using size 10 crochet cotton thread and 1.80mm hook. I can't wait to see how it comes out. If it works I hope to make one for myself!

  12. Hi Teresa,

I ended up with a pretty funny triangle, can't understand exactly what to do in the end of each round, do you ch 1 after you slip stitch or do you directly make a single crochet in the first stitch?

I really like this method because it will fit any size bust, you just have to keep going if you want it in a bigger size right? I'm not certain what the results will look like with a flat piece like this on a large bust but would like to give it a go anyway? Do you have other bikini patterns with shaped bras? Also do you have pattern for bottom would a large triangle do?

    Thanks
    Diane

  13. Thank you, just love your pattern. I'm going to make a back cover for each triangle and stuff it to substitute for a breast for breast cancer survivors. I'm not very good at crocheting but your pattern was much easier than the knit ones I found!

I'll post pictures when I finally finish.

    Thanks again!

    Faye
