  1. GREAT!, Thanks :) I need to practice on flowers :)

  2. Teresa! You are just AMAZING!! I started learning crochet on my won, and I was struggling lot initially. But after your videos, I just finished the loopy flower, all by myself :)

One more request - I wanted to make this cute pattern -

Question is, " ch 2, 1 dc in same st", I dont know which stich I shud do my DC in? Pls let me know, please!
    Would await ur reply eagerly!!

ps: I did see ur cupcake pattern, but it does not have the "ch 2, 1 dc in same st" part.
and again, THANKKKKKKK YOUUUU for your great tutorials!!

  3. Mans,
    Thank you.

This means you make a double crochet in the same stitch as the one you made the chain 2 in.
(Question is, " ch 2, 1 dc in same st")

My pattern is worked different from the one you are talking about.

  5. Thanks for your prompt response!!!

Does it mean, we should turn around our work, after we make the 2 ch(ie, considering the 2 ch as a turning chain)?

If no turning, am just lost then, because am not able to insert my hook in the same stich! :(

  6. Mans,
If you are working in rounds, it is still possible to work back in the same stitch where you just chained. I would suggest you write to the author of the pattern. She will have a much better idea what you are supposed to do.

  7. Teresa - LOVE the new flower! Thanks for that!
I would love to see more things for babies - bibs for example. I've got 2 new grand babies coming in a few months & small projects would be great - especially since I have to make 2 of everything. Thanks to you - I think both babies have enough hats to last till they are out of high school! lol!

  8. I haven't ever seen a flower like this and can't wait to give it a try. Thanks much!

  9. Thank you for the instructions for Lefties my teacher and all of my aunts are right handed - :-) so needless to say i was always doing it backwards according to what they were teaching me.

  10. Hi Teresa: I love this flower. The grip that you stick the needle in, is it called gushie or cushie? Also, where do you get them? I searched Joann's and Lionbrand and can't find them, of course I might not have the right name. Many thanks.

  11. I love the flower pattern, although I'm just a beginner but I think I can do this, with the simple instruction you have here, thanks a lot. Cindy@silk bouquets

  12. The crochet flower is so cute, I like the color combination. Thanks for providing us with very detailed tutorial and instruction here.

  13. What is that piece that you have on the hook. The cover that you insurt the needle into when you make the bullion stitch? Where can I get that?
