I used a chain of 38 with the swatch in the video. This gives me 10 inches. Each wheel is approximately 2-3/4 inches across.

Baby Afghan - Chain 122. This amount includes the plus 2. This will create 10 wheels. For each additional wheel you want to make, crochet 12 more chains. Estimated is width 33 inches. Width will vary with the hook size and crochet tension.

That will complete the bottom section of the 1/4 wheel on the left edge.

Row 3: Right Edge - CH 5, work 4 TC in the joining loop to complete the top 1/4 of the wheel. SC in the next SC. Center Wheel -*9 TC in the next center, joining space to complete the top 1/2 of the wheel. SC in the next SC. Repeat across from * for each wheel. Left Edge - 5 TC in the edge joining to complete 1/4 wheel.

Repeat rows 2-5 for the remainder of the length of the pattern.

Suggested edgings: You can end with a flat edge and use a single crochet. I also recommend using row 5 to match up the wheels on the edge, for a rounded edging.
