  1. I am SO happy to have found your videos and blog...was about to give up and feel sorry for myself because my mother passed away in 1994 and is not here to teach me. (Of course if she were, she'd lose patience with me pretty quickly!) In any case, am working on a v-stitch baby blanket. It looks like there are different variations/sizes of v-stitches, based on how many chains you do after the dc.

Have had a hard time figuring out what the "ch-1 space" is but will keep trying.

    Thanks!

  3. I like this leaf, it fit well next to my flower on a fairly thin scarf. I did make some adjustments though, I shortened the end (ch 10 to start and only 2 sc instead of 4) and rounded the transition by replacing the first dc with a hdc. But still, an excellent leaf. =)

  4. I love your videos!! My grandma tried to teach me when I was young but I couldn't quite get it. I did other crafts like sewing but my sister was able to do the crotchet so now I am over 50 and grandma is gone but I know she will be proud! Your videos are the best! You go slow enough and explain so well, the books I have tried just confused me. I am so happy! I am making your hats with flowers and leaves so much fun! I am loving every project! Thanks Teresa!
